Great day out! Fantastic day with a great fun guide- we were picked up near our hotel in Melbourne CBD and had an enjoyable drive north through the city out to the Yarra Valley. The wineries we stopped at on the tour were a good mix of small family run vineyards like ‘ Yering Farm’ and larger operations like ‘Balgownie Estate’ (where we enjoyed lunch after our tasting). ‘Soumah’ was a lovely stop and their ‘cellar door’ area was so tastefully set up we could have gladly stayed all day. Last stop was the famous ‘Rochford’ winery where the tasting was very entertaining- a perfect finish! The wines tasted at all stops were such high quality - not a surprise for Australia ???????? ????

A Perfect Birthday Experience! Went with my partner for their birthday and had an absolutely amazing day! Our tour guide, Noel, was friendly, approachable, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The food and wine were exceptional - truly second to none. It’s a fantastic way to experience the Yarra Valley and great value for money. Highly recommend!

A great day of wine tasting Noel was our expert guide who toured us through our four amazing wineries!Had our first tasters at 11am for breakfast at Yerring Farm, a lovely friendly family run and imformative place.Then lunch and more wines at Balgownie Estate, with an expert talk on some unusual treats.In the picturesque hills we visited Soumah, with more expert guided wine tastingsLastly we were lucky enough to visit Rochford Estate, with an amazing sommelier guiding us through tastings, finishing with a sublime muscat & brandy blend!Yarra valley wine tour is definately worth doing!!

Amazing Wow, was a really great day!!! Noel was a fantastic driver and host andincredibly accomodating,...particularly with our drop off at the end of day.We had the pleasure of sampling some beautiful wines that truly showcased the region.Soumah wines... INCREDIBLESERVICE @ Rochfords, the best!!Big props for our final tasting at Rochfords, John was so knowledgeable and entertaining, loved the structure of the tasting experience...exceptional service at this venue!!!All in all great value, would highly recommend.Thanks for a wonderful, memorable day

Highly enjoyable. Great tour. Tour host Matthew was very personable and took us around 4 different Yarra Valley wineries. At each winery we sampled a selection of wines and heard their own experts explain about them which was interesting because each had something different to say about their wines and wine processes. Lovely unch at the Balgownie Estate.

Fantastic, informative day, lovely wines and unbelievable views We knew we were going to be in for an entertaining day when our guide /driver (Gerry) turned up at the pick up point in the mini bus and started cracking a load of jokes!It’s a fair drive up to Yarra Valley but Gerry kept us really well informed throughout the journey on all historical things about Yarra, Melbourne and Australia. He explained some of the reasons as to how the estates and wineries came to be, celebrities who had bought them, pointed out particular wildlife and gave loads of other interesting facts (did anyone know Australia had a huge camel population brought in from Afghanistan?). We visited four very different wineries - Greenstone, Balgownie (had a lovely included lunch here), Yering and Rockford. Each had fantastic views over the vineyards and rolling mountains behind them (helped by the lovely sunshine, despite it being winter), and each had pretty different tasting wines.This was purely a wine tasting tour, so we weren’t physically shown how the wine was made, but we’ve seen that several times before, so it was ok for us. We weren’t physically shown aback in Melbourne for around 5pm. A fabulous day, a lot of laughs along the way with Gerry, would highly recommend.

Excellent views, kangaroos and wine tastings A must-do trip into the Yarra Valley! Four different wineries are on the agenda, with 5 tastings at each, made for a great overview of Yarra Valley grapes and wines. The included lunch was excellent. The guide Andy went out of his way to make the day special and informative. Highly recommend!

Extensive selection of wines Most variety and number of tastings we've done on any tour. Small group, but this varies of course. Four wineries with 5+ tastings each. Nice lunch at one of the wineries. Driver very much an expert on wine and the science behind it. Humorous and funny guy .

Sunny Easter day out in the Yarra Valley Everything about the day was just right. Pick up in Melbourne was on time. Journey to Yarra Valley was not too long. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Wineries we visited were varied but all were special in their own way. Lunch at Balgownie was good. All in all a perfect day really

Great Wine tour to Boutique Wineries Great day. Met people from all over the world. Andy was our driver. He had a great knowledge of the area. Visited 4 wineries (most small boutique) had a beautiful lunch. Lots of singing on the journey home!

Wine, Gin & Food Great experience and a wonderful drive with our Guide Tom to Yarra Valley for Wine, Gin & Lunch. We managed to get some Cheese Tasting in between our extra time, then later Chocolate Tasting. Both were awesome without much rush.

Excellent Wineries Tour Excellent day from start to finish. Our driver, Andy, was engaging and very knowledgeable, and a first class driver who navigated the Melbourne traffic with obvious experience. The 4 wineries we visited were all welcoming and attentive, and each gave a different spin on their wine and wine producing in general in the Yarra Valley and Victoria. I thought that by the fourth winery we would be hearing the same information but this was not the case. All done with humour and enthusiasm. The wine tastings themselves were highly entertaining and enjoyable with some really nice vintages provided. Definitely not the Dan Murphy's selection on show. And the lunch was 5-star.We could not have had a better day and will definitely be booking again when we return to Melbourne next year.

Do it!! From the booking experience down to the drop off, this was a fantastic experience. Had the pleasure of being with Tony who is funny AND knowledgeable. The wineries were good, all a little different so you get the experience of big to small. And the lunch spot was tasty.

One of the best The trip was a delight. Good information and excellent hosts at each winery. Organisation of lunch was great and there was plenty of time to relax at each venue.

Great wineries, good value I thought the wineries were really nice and good value for 4 stops plus a nice lunch and glass of wine. Lovely day and good amount of wine. Would recommend!

Wine, Food & Fun. We spent our day today on a wonderful tour of the wineries in the Yarra Valley our tour guide Sandy was welcoming and full of information. She was not only informative she had a great playlist to sing along to on the way back to Melbourne. Our stop at Balgownie winery for lunch was very special. Lovely food and wine. Great scenery and company. I would suggest booking this tour if you love wine and want to enjoy the scenery. All the hassle of doing it yourself is looked after.

Best wine tour company to date I booked this tour as a surprise for my friend's 50th. You can imagine our delight when no one else had booked on the same day so we ended up with a private tour with our amazing guide Mark! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time. Even if we didn't end up by ourselves it still would have been amazing. I would absolutely book with this company again. I have been on my fair share of winery tours and this company is by far the best. Thanks for a great surprise for my best friend!!

A great value wine tasting in the Yarra Valley We had a fabulous day with Sandy from AWTC and the rain couldn’t dampen our spirits! We were driven to 4 great wineries and served a delicious lunch at Balgownie Estate.Sandy was very friendly and professional and also very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the wine.The winery hosts were also great. The day was well paced, we never felt rushed. Bring your own bottle of water for the day. Sandy had a couple of snacks for us though.A great way to see some of the Yarra Valley and very good value with transport, tastings and lunch included.

Great wine tour, recommended! Very well organized wine tour, lovely guide, interesting wineries. Had a very good time and opportunity to try a lot of different wines in interesting wineries. The size of the party is a little bit bigger than some of the other wine tours I went for (24 people as opposed to 11) but it did not impact the experience at all. If you sign up for multiple wine tours with different operators, do look into the detailed tour description to make sure your tours go to different wineries. I did two wine tours in Yarra with two different operators which gave me a chance to visit 8 different wineries.

Really great day trip! We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the wine and Yarra Valley very much. Sandy, our tour guide, was delightful and added to the experience immensely.

Fantastic wine tasting tour! We went on the wine tasting out on a perfect sunny day and our guide Sandy is super joyful and careful. The group ambiance was also great.

Sandy for President! We were a bit sceptical at first that it would be worth the price but it turned out to be one of the nicest days we had so far in Australia! The wine in all 4 spots was delicious, the complimentary lunch was very good and filling but the highlight of the whole day was the kindness and expertise of our guide Sandy. She was lovely all the time and quite helpful and definitely made our day! Recommended 10/10!

Yarra Valley Wine Tour The trip was amazing. Beautiful views, nice wine, very social trip. Our guide Sandy was super knowledgeable and fun. She also has great taste in music which made the bus trip home entertaining! Lunch was delicious and they were happy to cater for dietary requirements. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful guide, great wineries, international group The tour was fantastic. I’ve been on wine tours around the world and I was not disappointed with this one. Sandy was a fantastic guide - she really brought the valley to life with her experiences. Each of the wineries we went to offered something completely different. They were well chosen to give us a range of tastes in the valley and our lunch stop was delicious. We had a full group of 24 because the following day had been cancelled (due to extreme heat) but it never felt like a big group. It was wonderfully international with people of all ages. I would definitely recommend this tour.

A really fun day out! We had such a great time on the winery tour! Tony was a fantastic host/tour guide, and we got to taste some fantastic wines and meet so many wonderful people!

The sparkling Shiraz for me Thank you so much to our incredible tour guide, Sandy! Had an amazing day experiencing 4 different wineries. All made better by Sandy sharing her pearls of wisdom. Personal highlight was the lunch and sparkling Shiraz at Balgownie estate. Would highly recommend!

Excellent tour with a nice lunch Picked up on time in Melbourne and had a great day out visiting 4 different wineries in the Yarra valley. Our driver/guide (Andy) was knowledgeable with a dry sense of humour. The tastings comprised 5 wines from each venue and the second stop also included an excellent quality lunch at the Balgownie estate - however it was only a main meal with a dessert available at an extra cost of $9. As most people opted for the dessert it seems odd not to include the latter as part of the dining ‘package’, which also included coffee. By the time we got to the fourth tasting there was probably the need for more food in order to soak up the alcohol - as very few were sipping and then tipping the remainder away!!! Luckily the final winery offered platers of cheese and/or cured meats as an accompaniment (albeit at cost) to the tasting. All in all, some good wines tasted, some attractive venues visited and a thoroughly good day had by all. Cheers!!

Fun trip A fun wine tour. Also safer, since we didn't have to drive after tasting. We liked all the wineries we visited, especially Rochford. Lunch was nice too. Our guide, Tony, was knowledgeable and funny. He even drove through the Country Club so we could see kangaroos. Would recommend.

Long live Australian wine! We visited four wineries, and it was great that we could leisurely try five or six different types of wine at each one.Although the tour was only in English, our very friendly driver/guide was reassuring, and we enjoyed chatting with fellow guests from various countries during lunch!The majestic nature and the autumn-colored vineyards lit up by the sunlight were beautiful. It was a fun tour that I would like to go on again.

Lovely Day out! We visited the Yarra Valley with friends on the Aus Wine Company tour and had a great day out. We were collected promptly from Melbourne CBD and visit 4 vineyards before arriving back around 6pm. Lunch was delightful at Balgowie Estate and we tried many different types of wine during the day.Yering Farm was a standout favourite, as it’s an amazing setting with good wine. We also tried their cider and it was very good, especially on the hot day we were there.We would highly recommend and we will hopefully do it again someday!

The perfect wine tour Amazing wine tour - convenient pick up / drop-off, 4 very different but quality wineries, comfortable air-conditioned bus, but the real highlight was guide Tony’s running commentary on wine, the Yarra Valley, Australia and life in general. Lovely day out What a great day , we were picked up on time and it took an hour to get to our first vineyard. Lovely scenery on the way . All of the vineyards were lovely and we met and chatted to different couples on the tour , it was a lovely mix of older and younger people . Great bus driver too.

Best family tour in Melbourne Paul is the best!!It's really worth making the trip.The sanctuary is something that needs to be valued!! Don't go to Sydney Wildlife... come here... where the animals are much happier and more adapted.And there are wineries with great wines, beautiful landscapes and great lunch.ThatEverything with the tireless source of information Paul is a true gentleman.Very good

An Excellent Valentine's Day Honestly we had the best day. The driver and host John was a joy to spend time with and we tasted some excellent wines and had the best lunch - all in amongst beautiful countryside. We couldn't fault the day - totally worth the cost. We can't wait to return to the Yarra Valley.

Brilliant day in Yarra Valley with lots of wine and laughter We had a fab fun day which was made even more fun with our knowledgeable driver Tony. We visited 4 really good wineries were we sampled bubbles, whites, rose and reds. There was no pressure or expectation to purchase at any of the wineries but we did as the wines were so good. The lunch we had at the 2nd winery was really really good. The company on the bus were great too, especially the American ladies, Conny, Kathy and Nancy ( sorry Canadian????) and the newly engaged Chris and Luke.

Great Wine Day This was a great day. We toured four different wineries and lots of tastings both red and white. A wonderful lunch was included at one of the wineries. Our driver for the day was also very informative about tbe wine of this region!

Soak in some Yarra Wine The last tour of our Melbourne trip was with Tony! on his Yarra Valley Wine trip which we thought would be ideal as we love wine and sure enough it was excellent. The four vineyards were brilliant, welcoming and fully of wine knowledge to help the group through the superb wines we were able to sample. The representative of each vineyard gave us 5 or 6 samples of whites, rose, red and even sparkling wines! plus at one we were given a sample of cider, something I don't enjoy but found this one very good. As you will be totally aware wine is all a matter of what suites your taste buds, some will be delicious to you but not others, thank god we don't all have the same tastes. Some of the wines were superb for me and some were surprising which is always good when sampling.We were even given an impromptu lesson in tasting which was great as I found out later some of the people were on their very first wine tasting experience, unlike ourselves.... Full marks to Tony and the tour, a great day out surrounded by beautiful scenery and imbibing wonderful wines.

Fun day, perfect number of people Our guide, Tony, provided excellent and fun commentary from the start of this pleasant tour. Lots of wine poured at 4 wineries, so be prepared to pace yourself! Lunch was delicious, at the second stop. Would have liked a snack, maybe crackers, cheese or fruit, since we had so much wine. Or perhaps a suggestion before the tour to bring some ourselves. Overall though a very enjoyable day.

Full day Yarra Valley wine tour My wife and I enjoyed this tour. There were about 20 of us in a large van and we made it to 4 wineries (with a nice lunch at 1 of them). The wine selections were quite good and the other guests on our tour were lovely. Our guide was friendly and informative. We'd recommend this tour to any wine enthusiasts visiting the Melbourne area.

Wine tour trip We had a fantastic day in the Yarra wine region with our driver Tony. We sent to four different wineries. The lunch was superb!

A Grape Experience We had a wonderful day exploring four different vineyards. Pick up/drop off was simple and on time. Lunch was delicious and the diversity of tastings kept things interesting. Our driver and guide did a wonderful job keeping the day running smoothly. Would recommend.

Well worth the price list, such a fun day We thoroughly enjoyed this your when in Melbourne, and it was certainly worth the priceBooking online and paying was easy, and we received an email a few days before reminding us of timings and pick up point.Pickup was prompt and easy. The bus held about 25 people, so it was not too busy at all. The driver and tour guide Tony was very engaging and gave interesting insights as we drove to the yarra valley. You can tell he enjoys the job.There were 4 vineyards in total, number 1 greenstone was my fav ambience as you enjoyed the tasting on a deck with a fab view. Number 2 the estate where we had lunch, had a very rushed wine tasting where we didn't even sit down for it. They did however have some tasty wines we purchased and the lunch was tasty, highly recommended the pork pie!Barely remember the 3rd stop, we had a very quick tasting in a side room next to q very busy gift shop and then left The last place Saymuh was beautiful and the sommelier really knew his stuff! It was a lush end to a very enjoyable day.

Awesome Yarra Great wine trip to the Yarra Valley Wine District. Knowledgeable guide and we visited some really good wineries. A few big operators but some good small batch wine producers also. It was a good mix and fun! Beautiful scenery and a guide that was entertaining!

What a great way to enjoy Yarra! We chose this tour as the reviews of lunch at Balgownie sounded great and indeed it was! Enjoyed our barramundi and chicken very much with yet more wine over lunch.The plan was to visit Yarra Valley at the start of our trip, as we thought we could try more winery tours later on if we enjoyed it. As chance may have it, our driver came down with covid and the tour operator could not find a replacement in time. We ended up rescheduling the trip which meant we could only do Yarra once.Our table of 8 pax comprised of different nationalities from Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore and it was great fun!Of the four wineries, I enjoyed Soumah the most because of the wines, setting and a very knowledgeable and eloquent Soumah cellar door staff; a Singaporean who came to study in Australia, fell in love with wines and went on to make a career out of it. From his sharing, we learnt why there seemed to be more white and light wines at Yarra Valley. We also ended up buying the Savarro at Soumah as it seemed like something we could not get easily back home.At Balgownie, the NV Sparkling Cuvee Brut and NV Sparkling Shiraz were pretty memorable and I really regretted not buying. It is quite hard to find sparkling reds!We tried the most wines from Yering. The one that impressed us most was the 2019 Traitors Gate Shiraz which was made from grapes exclusively from Heathcote. The Farmyard sparkling apple cider was also quite refreshing. Greenstone was the first winery we visited and the wines were the least memorable. There was no introduction, just pouring. However, it was also the place where we got to know our table group best and had a good chat around the benches.We got back to the CBD at around 5pm, just in time for Happy Hour at an oyster bar. What a happy day!

Great Intro into Yarra Wineries I joined Australian Wine Tour Company for a full-day tour of the Yarra Valley wineries. It was well paced and great fun. We hit four wineries but never felt rushed. Each of the wineries had a distinct personality so it was a nice cross section of tastings. The included lunch was very nice. And the driver/guide was super friendly yet efficient. Highly recommended.

Good way to sample the wines that Yarra Valley has to offer This was a very good tour. Plenty of wines to sample and a nice lunch included at one of the vinyards. There was also a good variety of different types of wine to sample. Our guide, Tony was knowledgeable, informative and helpful. We met some great people on the trip, from many nations, who all got on well. When we were picked up the bus was very quiet but after a couple of stops the bus was buzzing. One slight downside. The sampling was a bit rushed at one of the stops.

A wine tour well worth doing I am from Melbourne and took a family member from Melbourn and from the USA on this tour and we all enjoyed it very much. The driver was informative and courteous. Balgownie was great visit and the staff were great and lunch was excellent. Soumah was another standout and would definitely go back there to further explore. The only disappointment was greenstone, we didn't get information on the wines or about the winery and the ambiance wasn't great, as it was the start of the tour a lot of people were hoping the tour would get better and thankfully it did.

Fun and Down to Earth Wine Tour Great tour. The tour guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. The vineyard staff were down to earth and generous in sharing their knowledge. Lunch was delicious. I highly recommend the salmon. A great tour group and relaxed tour. I recommend 100%.

Day amongst the grapes A packed day, visiting 4 vineyards and sampling at least 4 wines at each vineyard. Lunch was excellent, and the whole day gave an insight to the varieties of grapes which grow best in this Yarra region.

Fantastic day We had a wonderful experience visiting 4 very different wineries. Our tour guide looked after us all the way and, as locals, we loved mixing with tourists from across-town, interstate and at least 7 different countries. A truly unforgettable day.

Great Yarra valley wine tour Great trip to Yarra Valley vineyards with Tony as our driver/tour guide. Very knowledgeable guy and made our trip fun. Managed an ice cream at the end of the tour too after visiting 4 lovely vineyards, sampling a good selection of wines!????. The people who join you on your tour make it a good day too, we were very lucky. As the wine flies it’s amazing how everyone gets on well! Would highly recommend this tour.

Brilliant I love this trip - great knowledge by all the wine places, and the tour guide was extremely helpful and engaging Lasted from 9.30 to 16:30 - several pick ups on the way and easy pick up by the immigration centre this was super helpful and the communication prior was top notch. Four wine places - all with different aspects rustic, posh, scenic and all gave a great insight to the local area and history. - Thank you

Experience made great by Driver and Settings Jonathan the Driver was excellent. Friendly, Funny, Knowledgeable and a good Driver. The area was beautiful, lunch was yum and nice choice of Vineyards.

Good experience My partner and I enjoyed our tour. Bruce (our guide) was knowledgeable and fun. Each place we visited had different touch to it and they’re all unique. It was such a beautiful day for the tour as well. The only feedback I had was my lunch but this isnt a show stopper because I still give a 5 star experience. I ordered pork pie but maybe it’s a different kind of pie because it’s so much more like a sausage roll, no gravy at all. Still nice, but I was expecting the old school pie. Anyway, loved everything else, everyone was so nice. Highly recommend!

Great Experience Had our first ever wine tour and enjoyed it greatly. Always thought it was going to be full of drunk people where we would be unable to enjoy the experience but we were happily surprised. On the bus with English, Irish and Korean nationals along with Aussies made for a great day, interesting conversations and good wine. A knowledgeable tour guide and we’ll organised admin team made for a ripper experience.

Great day in the Yarra Awesome tour. Tony provided great commentary on history and wine in a classic, dry Australian humour. The lunch was delicious, and presented in a beautiful location. Highly recommend for an easy enjoyable exploration of this great wine region.

Fun, Fun, Fun and informative! Tony was the best tour guide, knowledgeable, fun, provide us time to explore and socialise. This tour is well curated from his expertise in wine and his connections with all the great vineyards and winemakers within the region. I had the best time with my partner and have enjoyed the atmosphere which Tony created, there wasn't a dull moment and i would recommend this tour to anyone from age 18-90 really! I'd like to come back and join another tour with them!

Awesome wine experience day! I enjoyed the trip. It was such a nice experience day for wine tasting. Max-our tour guide was very friendly and nice. We visited 4 different wine places, tastes 20 glasses of wine. The lunch was great too.

Celebrating our anniversary We went on this wine tour to celebrate our 37th anniversary. We had a great time. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and funny and even went out of his way to help us spot kangaroos on the drive back. The food was great and there were just enough stops to keep the day interesting without so many stops that it got routine. I truly believe the driver would bend over backward to do anything for you.

The most fun way to end our trip! We spent our last full day is Australia on a wine tour with Peter as our guide and we had a fabulous day! The wineries were all distinctly different and we had an amazing lunch at Balgownie. Peter was fun, light hearted and informative and we were lucky to have lots of fun people on our tour. It was a memorable and special day. Highly recommend.

Great Wine tour I recently went on a wine tour and had an absolutely fantastic time. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the wines we were tasting, and gave us a great overview of the region and its history.The wineries themselves were gorgeous, with stunning views of the vineyards and surrounding countryside. We got to sample a wide variety of wines, from crisp whites to full-bodied reds, and each one was delicious in its own way.One of the highlights of the tour was getting to meet some of the winemakers and hear about their craft. Great Way to Enjoy a Day of Wine and Scenery Can't think of a much better way to see the beautiful Yarra Valley and experience their wines. This tour is about 7 hours and we were picked up right at our hotel in Melbourne by a friendly and knowledgeable guide. It was all a very positive experience and even included a splendid lunch. Highly recommend.

Great day out! I had a great time out! The tour bus driver Tony was funny and engaging and the wineries we went to were lovely! We tasted around 20 wines during the tour and the vibes of our group were amazing. Highly recommend this tour and I’m not even a wine or alcohol drinker but loved it and even found a wine I like!

Great day out This was a great day out. The driver, Tony, was informative and funny. Each winery was different with a variety of red and white wines. There was something for everyone. The lunch was delicious and in a stunning winery. Definitely worth doing.

A wonderful day experiencing the Yarra Valley We had a great day from start to finish. Our guide was Matt who was so friendly, down to Earth and professional. We were picked up outside our hotel (Radisson Flagstaff Gardens) at 9am and after a few stops around the city, we were on our way. Matt gave us information about the history of how the Yarra Valley wine region came about, pointed out kangaroos and got us to our first location on time. We visited Yering Farm, Baldownie Estate, Rochford and Soumah. We had lunch at Baldownie which was wonderful. We pre-ordered from an option of four dishes on the way. I had chicken breast on cous cous and my husband had lamb skewers with a tortilla and salad. Lunch came with an option of white or red wine and we got lovely takeaway coffee from a machine to go. We sampled around 5 wines at each location. We found Yering Farm to give the best explanation of each wine, but all of the experts were lovely and professional. There was NOT a hard sales pitch which was great. We returned back to Melbourne at our original drop-off point. Overall, it was a wonderful day, and I would highly recommend it. We had a mixed group of couples, friends, mother/daughter and individuals from around the world, about 20 total. Thank you Matt for a great day!! (The newlyweds from Scotland)

Awesome Wine Tour! We really enjoyed the day with our tour director. The lunch was delicious, we got to choose from 3 entrees. The wines were great selections from the region. Each winery was u inquest and we enjoyed all of them. We would give this tour a 5 star for sure.Awesome

10/10 worth going. Definitely worth going, my partner and I had such an amazing experience trying different types of wine, passing by farms/vineyards. Lunch was small in portion sizes however food was amazing.

Amazing way to visit yarra valley Absolutely worth it, I was worried the group would feel too large but we had a great time at each winery (4 in total), got to try many different wines including a sparkling red! There was a good variety and we also got a discount on buying bottles to take home at the winery where we had lunch. Great atmosphere, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of interesting background information about the yarra valley and the wineries we were visiting. Great places to take photos too!

Yarra Valley Yarra Valley :This was one of our highlights of our trip, me and my daughter. The people we were travelling with from all over the world were amazingly friendly and happy which we really appreciated. The 2 sisters from the USA were very hilarious and nice , very friendly. The bus driver was very experienced driver and very nice and fun that we were all having fun time laughing throughout the journey. Loved the lunch served at Balgownie Estate. Thanks to all the staff serving wine from all the Wine Estates we toured and explaining, you guys, you are amazing keep up the good work. Great view of the vineyards through the trip! We will definitely come back for this tour!

Amazing day out! Because of the few negative reviews and how much fun we had today we wanted to leave a note saying that we couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough. John was our guide and from the get go he was fantastic; so knowledgable and good fun, got all the group feeling up for the tour and kept us there. This is fantastic value for money, the lunch was excellent quality and the 4 stops for 5 different wines at each was plenty for a fantastic day wine tasting - we’d never been before and think it will be hard to beat this. The scenery is stunning, and it was great to be picked up so close to our hotel. You will have a great day out doing this wine tasting, and even if it seems a bit expensive at first, it’s great value, definitely worth doing this as your day out in Melbourne. I would even say that 4 places might have been too many!! 3 would have left us super satisfied and maybe having more time to wander around after lunch would have made it even more relaxed. Thank you to John our great guide and to the tour company for its correspondence.

Yarra Valley Wine Experience Great tour experience of winery hopping and distance from Melbourne to there is fairly comfortable. Meal portions are decent. Plenty of toilet stops and good scenic view and nice wine selections.

Fun day in the Yarra Valley Great day out exploring the wineries of the Yarra. Beautiful scenery, good variety of wines and very nice lunch at Balgownie winery. Tony was bloody hilarious, with a great playlist on the radio and a down to earth attitude that is poles apart from the usual pretentious wine tour operators. Thanks for the tip on the pub Tony, we had a very nice post tour drink (or three) with Chloe! Highly recommend this tour

Vino in sunny Yarra valley Excellent tour. Picked up at 09:25 and was dropped back at 16:45.Takes approx 60mins to the first stop.Visited 4 vineyards in all, of different sizes. Sampled 6 wines at each. Great information and tips given by vineyard staff at each venue. Lunch at Balgownie, after another tasting, food was excellent.John our driver/guide was very knowledgeable about the wines, vineyards and the local area.

Great Day Great Wine We took the tour on Sunday. The mini-bus was full. I went to four winery and tasted 17 wines. I do not drink. As a result, I cannot comment on wines. But the day tour itself was nice. Yarra Valley is beautiful.

Great day out and wonderful lunch at Balgownie Estate Great day out despite the weather being a little chilly for a wine tour! Our tour guide Tony was great fun and set the tone for the day - he was also very knowledgeable about the region and wine, and went over and above for our requests e.g. taking us to a spot with lots of kangaroos in the wild! The tastings were great in particular the second one at Balgownie estate - this is where we stopped for lunch which was just a beautiful setting and a delicious lunch - wish we could have longer here! Couldn't recommend the tour enough
